The Practice and The Philosophy

Judith’s bodywork practice is based on osteopathic studies of soft tissue techniques that she has been involved in for the past 30 years. Her clientele is varied: infants to the elderly, children of all ages and abilities, pregnant mothers, people with chronic illness and those with trauma, whether it be psychological or physical injury, including head trauma, motor vehicle accidents and pre and post surgery issues.

Our focus is to work together so you can learn to be comfortable in your body, improve your abilities, to change the tissue so your body is more efficient and increase your  awareness of embodiment.
